 Went to dye my hair at one of the salons at 888 plaza. It cost me $170 or $180 + hair treatment. & another $60 for the color shampoo & conditioner.

I showed the hairdresser my screenshots of JinHee(Jihyo)'s hair in Emergency Couple and requested that I want the exact same hair colour ^.^ She told me it is violet red and she will mix the hair dyes for me to obtain that color. I just googled one example of Jin hee's hair color photo to show all of you.

So anyway, the results are really what I want and even my mum like it very much!! I received a lot of compliments from my friends too that I looked good and different in my new hair colour. Ohmy, x100 unwillingness for my hair colour to fade la  FYI, red hair colour do fade very fast. Longest period it will stay - 1 month.

Of cos, photos can't do justice to my really gorgeous hair colour.

Since my hair colour was dark brown/black at first, the person told me that I need to bleach my hair in order to get the hair colour I want. I hesitated but went for it because she told me that it's just a soft,light bleach and it's wont really damage my hair. So now my hair are not dry at all but not very soft either. I'm quite okay with it ^.^

After bleaching, I know that I don't suit gold/blonde colour at all!! See!!! I looked so old and a golden monkey???!

I wanted to blog about my 2014 New year resolutions ever since the first day. & now, I finally got a chance to think through and update this space of mine. 

I saw this on facebook(shared by Xue Qi) a couple of weeks ago : http://elitedaily.com/life/culture/how-to-break-into-the-new-year-the-36-resolutions-that-actually-matter-for-2014/

I find it so useful and every resolutions written there are really neccessary! BUT, I'm still coming up with my own. Will only use 1 or 2 of the resolutions there.

First resolution: Plan my time wisely. 

I always love to plan things in advance and have a weekly schedule. However, I seldom follow my plans by delaying my tasks or making a last minute change. I hate myself for it and this time round, I have to do it right. 

Second resolution : Focus on my commitments. 

It's gonna be a year filled with commitments. I have 3 CCAs now and I can sense that there will be a lot of events coming up. My saturday mentoring session with Yishun Secondary will be resuming this week. I hope Im able to commit to at least 2 CCAs especially sbm and mentoring. (MORE REASONS TO PLAN MY TIME WISELY) 

Third resolution : Exercise at least once or twice a week.

"Don’t focus on losing weight, just focus on being healthy. Think about what you are putting into your body and make time to exercise. Your body is your greatest asset, take care of it." - from the website given above

 I totally agree with this and Im gonna follow it. Dont focus on losing weight & still enjoy eating!!! Just need to exercise regularly! :)

Fourth resolution : Not to be affected by other people.

Close ones around me should know that I'm the kind of girl that get affected easily. Sometimes, I have negative thoughts about myself. I feel inferior that all i do was to keep thinking and thinking. I really need to learn from Kelley to "Fuck care" people NOW. I will not be affected by how people judge me. I need and must be myself. Im me, and I don't live for anyone but only myself. I will never become what others want me to be,just to please them. Be cray,quiet,weird etc as and when I like. Also, to make my own choices by folowing my heart :) .

Fifth resolution : Step out of my comfort zone. 

Time to do things I dont usually do or have a chance to do it. Conquer my fears. Give myself a go. 

Last resolution : More family and "me" time.

Need to spent more time with my family. Past few years, I spent 3/4 time of the year with my friends. Need to fix a habit of going granny's house every Sunday :). Hoping for more vacations with parents! I want to watch at least 1 movie all by myself this year. Also, take time to read books at a cosy cafe. (Sounds so gooddd!)

Hello people! It's finally the last day of 2013. I still cant believe it's already the end of 2013. Everything happened fast!! Its like i just go my O level results, just entered poly.... It's incredibily scary.. 

Anyway, i did a summmary of 2012 last year so I'm inspired and motivated to do the same thing this year. I can also blog about what I did in Decemeber.

January 2013

I worked and visited various Polytechnic's open houses. I also received my O level results. /Tears of joy tears of sorrows/ January was just working days every single day. 7am to 9.15pm.. :) I miss working days because I WILL HAVE AN INCOME. I still remembered I got so tired of working that I skipped work for a day without telling boss ><.

I also went to NYP for JPSAE interview :) Was so happy when i got called to arrange for an interview.

February 2013 

Posting result! My JAE & JPSAE results! Many thanks to Xueqi for helping me out in my JPSAE :) I passed both admissions. Of course, I choose Accountancy & Finance since it is my dream course. It was my makeover month too. I permed my hair :) !

March 2013

I worked as check-in agent for cruise with Gladys Nah. It is a flexible ad-hoc job. It was a month for me to relax & keep going out for good food too! It was my first time dyeing my hair too. BROWN YET IT SEEMED BLACK. O WELL...

April 2013 - August 2013

It was the start of my new school life at Nanyang Polytechnic. I get to know new classmates in a new environment. I am so glad I'm in AF1305/AE. They're friendly and steady bunch of people. Knowing and being together with 3NG1TAN ,Denise and homies are the best things in poly I can get. I'm just so glad they take me for who I am. :) My PEM is good to us as well,always updating us about the latest events and what we have to do in advance.

I also went for Dance Company audition. I passed the audition (surprisingly) and I went for first training. Feeling inferior as there's many better dancers,I decided not to give it a go. I told myself I shall try different CCAs in poly. I joined Mentoring Club. Went to Yishun Secondary and played games with the students there.

I learnt many things in poly. Microeconomics,Business softwares(Access&Excel),Statistics bla.. I think Biz software is the most important and applicable module for our future. Anyway,there were many projects and presentations encountered as well.

I also make friend with a Korean too! He's Daeshik. Gladys Tan,Lycia and I were in the same biz software project group with him. We had a farewell lunch with him @ BORNGA korean restaurant!

IT'S THE BEST MONTH OF 2013. I went to China with my parents and grandma for 8D7N. Reached Singapore and rested for a day. The next day, I went cruising with some of my homies & Gladys Nah. HOW AWESOME MY LIFE CAN GET RIGHT! Just travelling around,leaving this stressful place(sg). Then I rested at home a couple of days. (boringgg + pig life) Drama + bed + Food the whole day if I'm at home. Went cycling @ ECP with clique too. I also went Malacca day trip with them!

During teachers' day, I also went back to EVGSS to catch up with my teachers. My friends and I also ate with Mr. Vijay at Pizza Hut.

October 2013

Spent my first 2 week catching up with friends and at home. (Sigh boring life,I just hope I can travel to other countries every holidays) I met up with Lixin,Keeting and fattyboms(bryanchan,manfred,gladys nah &me). I also went Adventure cove with clique. School started on 14 October. My daddy birthday is on 15 October and we had family dinner together. New school semester starts,new modules. I have a strong dislike on a module... Sigh.... I just can't meet my tutor's expectations. I will still try my best although there were times I really feel like giving up.

November 2013

I went for SBM Club CCA interview . There were 2 rounds. I got in :) Happy! I just realised it's been a year filled with interviews.... I went for 4 interviews this year.JPSAE interview,Chengdu trip interview and SBM club interview. Kind of sick of interviews because I have to keep repeating the same thing and introduce myself again and again..

On 9Nov, I went Sentosa for my virgin experience for luge & skyride. Celebrated my birthday on 15Nov.

Started to hit the theaters a lot since November due to the number of films I felt like watching!

Went for ILLUMI RUN on 7 December ! $58 for this running party event ! But it was worth the price :)

Before the ICA period, homies celebrated NKL's birthday by making her do 18 dares ^.^.

& her 18th dare was supposed to be just the cake surprise. But there were a change in plan last min and it became a CAKE SMASH. Sorry NKL >< You're the first person I smashed with cake ><

Then studying for ICA...... & TADA! Term break!On 14 December!! Went for SBM bonding party. Made some new friends there and mostly are Shuwen's classmates!

On 15 dec was Gladys Nah's birthday.

Surprised her but still feel guilty I can't go to the club on her birthday T.T

I really hope she will like what I did for her!!

Driver Weilong drove us to PasarBella to have our lunch. Basically, that day was a food tour~~

Hit the club on 20 December. FIRST TIME CLUBBING  We went Zouk & Phuture. Thanks to the guys for protecting me & gladys. I think clubbing is like self-entertaining....... You must be high on your own and dance to the music..  I still enjoyed the music! There's DJ Ghetto @ Phuture!

Goodbye 2013!

I really love and enjoyed 2013. It's a good year and I'm very blessed in 2013. I met a lot of nice people,got to travel around,went for various events like Illumi run and experienced a lot of new things for the first time. I have many people to thank!!!!! The number of people to thank is seriously a lot so I hope if you're reading this, u know who you are.. I hope those who did nice thing for me or spent any single time with me, YES, I just want to thank YOU.

I will keep my wishes for 2014 tomorrow. I hope all of you have a wonderful and happy 2014 ahead ^.^.

My 18th this year was a schooling day. It's the first time I'm going to school on my birthday. 8am lecture... but so glad school ends at 11am.

{ My afternoon }

I planned a korean bbq lunch with my girls before my birthday week because we had been talking about it for damn long plus I would love to spent my afternoon with them on my birthday. I wanted to have it at BORNGA but Kel suggested a korean bbq buffet. 

& was really surprised when I reached the place, I saw the guys. O.O

Damn, all of them are great actors because I thought the guys were going home/gym after school. After lunch,head to Kel house to lepak. Thanks my homies for spenting time with me on my special day :D I'm very touched and happy. Thanks for the lunch treat,birthday cake,card and most importantly, time. As I entered poly, I find that gathering everyone to attend for something is the most important task but yet you all came. Xie xie* bow bow*  Love each of your heartfelt messages on the card too. I try maintain ah. 😂😂😂

Left Kel house around 4pm and cab to town. I was quite pissed at Gladys and Jiong how because both of them are almost late for 3 peas in a pod. 3 peas in a pod 2/5.. Whole storyline was meh but ending was unexpected. Anyway, why were they late? They went to buy balloons for me. They really damn thoughtful for me and want me to be the most attention seeking person. WHY? They bought 7 balloons for me. All i wanted was just a balloon...... hahahaha but i still love all the balloons. Thanks Nah. Hinted her I want to have balloons on my 18th and she really make it come true😚😚♡. Thanks Jiong how too! Both of them got me Victoria Secret's Mist & lotions. Nah also got me 2 pouch that matches my wallet :). 

After movie, we went to Dempsey Hill to have our dinner. Wei long and weisheng came to join us too! Had dinner @ Dome Cafe. Sylvester's treat :). Thanks bro! Then the waiter served Awfully Chocolate Chocolate banana Cake. I was not surprised hahahaha because I guessed there would be a birthday cake when Nah asked me to accompany her to the washroom. The cake was yumz. Thanks Wei Long & wei sheng for the cake :). You guys made the right choice as banana is my fav!!!

 Went home happily with my balloons! It was a day filled with surprises and love :'). It was the first time in my life having 2 cakes in a day too😚😚😍😍😍!

First gift from lovable dad: Daddy gave me $400 to buy Samsung note 3! He's the best as he always make my "wants" come true! Love you ah pa! ( In the end, I deposited the cash into my bank)  

Second gift from Jiahao: An air mail from England. It was totally unexpected to hear from you because we lost contact since August. Thank you for your card :) Really, really appreciate your sweet thought and can't believe you remembered my birthday. Am surprised by you ! (The feeling of receiving love from an unexpected person felt so great.)

Third gift from brother: Samsung Note 3. My bro was being an asshole in the first place because he does not allow me to tag along to buy my phone. So on 14th nov's afternoon, he said he got me Samsung Note 3 BLACK. I was so grumpy the whole day because i wanted white. Reached home @ night and his wife told me that it's white ☺️☺️☺️ My bro's actually quite sweet ah ><! Feel loved by him. The most expensive gift from him in my 18 years!!

(In a love hate relationship with my note3. Love the big screen but hate the camera because it lags. However if I'm given a second chance to choose my phone again, I will still pick Note3 )

Fourth gift from Lixin: Birthday card & snacks. I am touched by her because despite all her busy schedule, she did a birthday card for me! It was nicely decorated :) Xie xie ni.

5th gift from Denise: Bracelet. Thanks for the small gift!! I love wearing accessories since young. Appreciated your sweet thought :)

Bryan chan is a sweetheart too. He actually asked Nah if i have anything on on my birthday,if not he wants to celebrate with me. Thanks la dua jiak! Love u.

Not only they celebrated my birthday with me,one week before my birthday,they accompanied me for skyride & luge!

It was a Saturday. Wei long drived all of us to Sentosa. We played ball games and running man games. & embarrassing xindi forever embarrassed herself in public.  Her slipper fell off when she took the skyride........

Summary of what we did that day:

Jionghow piggybacked me & the process was hilarious. Mainly because I don't dare to climb over people.. Wei sheng also piggybacked me while doing squats! It was our forfeit for games.

I'm just gonna type what I can think of..

It's my first time spenting a day NOT IN SINGAPORE with my clique! We went to Malacca to eat & shop.

So before the day, we ton the night @ Gladys's house. You can see how small my eyes were in the photos. All of us left her place at 6am and gathered outside Causeway point taxi stand for the tour bus to Malacca. We slept during the bus journey. Overall, I bought food items, a top and flowery bracelets. I love the "Biskut Sakeima" I bought! It's sweet and crunchy. I miss it.....  Anyway, I tried the ice cream egg. Not to my liking. We had Nyonya food for lunch/dinner. We also went to Secret recipe. That chocolate banana cake . Secret Recipe is so cheap in Malaysia so it's a must to go! We came back to Singapore around 9 plus 10pm. Gladys's dad sent me home.

Water thrills with my clique on a Saturday!

Tip No.1: Never go on weekends if not you will expect long queues for each ride.

We bought our tickets for $30 each from a kind stranger.

The usual price ticket on weekends is $36.

& look at the tickets,it's SESAME STREET. SO CUTE!

I still have it with me right now because it's so cute and worth keeping it for collection!

We swam 1 round of the Adventure River!

You can sit on the tube and let it float itself.But,you will float in an ultra slow speed!

We proceed to Splashworks aftermath. Splashworks have platform cliff jump,walking on the balance beam,crossing the tight rope and climbing the cargo net. I did not get to jump into the pool from a height(platform cliff jump). The water level is too deep and I can't swim...... Sobz. Felt damn wasted because it's like "running man" kinda mission.

As for rides,I started off with the easiest.

I was so scared because it's been long I played on thrilling rides. My last experience was when I was in Secondary 2(three years ago).

My first ride was: Dueling Racer

When it was almost my turn,there were tears in my eyes >< Anyway,when I was lying on the rubber mat,I felt a bit uncomfortable as I did not lie on it properly. TO MY HORROR,I SLIDED DOWN UNPREPARED and even before Gladys!! I was so surprised that while Im sliding down,I kept shouting to Gladys "I'm not prepared.Walao!!" The slide may seemed scary due to the view on top but the sliding processs was'nt scary after all.Maybe because my slide was too unexpected :P !

Memory failed me. I can't remember which ride I took aftermath.. So i shall just recall on my experience for each ride.

Riptide Rocket

According to RWS,this slide is Southeast Asia’s first hydro-magnetic coaster. It is like an intense rollercoaster on water, it combines all the powerful climbs, plunging drops, terrifying twists and tight turns to set your adrenaline pumping.

Everything written above IS SO TRUE. I am so proud to say that I tried this ride!! It's the most thrilling ride in Adventure Cove. I ENJOYED. I think there's 3 non-stop plunging drops and I can't even catch a breath. I sat behind Gladys so I can't see what I'll encounter. Sitting behind was scary too if you think the person sitting in front is the worst. As the float drop down from a height, my whole body leaned back. It totally pulled by body to the back. The feeling is still with me...... It's so exciting whenever I recall this ride!!! SO IT'S A MUST TO TRY WHEN YOU GO ADVENTURE COVE. Try on other rides first and lastly, this exciting Riptide rocket so that you won't feel boring on other rides.. (The other slides are less exciting already)

I tried Whirlpool Washout,Spiral Washout and Pipeline Plunge too.

I can't remember my experience for these 3 slides. Sorry >< Only remember those memorable ones ><.

I SNORKELED @ Rainbow Reef.

I anticipated it the most when I know I'm going to Adventure Cove. So how was my experience? SALTY.

I guess my googles wasn't tight so the water got into my eyes and it hurts badly. The water also tasted salty....... Sea water.. What I can expect it to be.. >< Oh and the water was freezing cold. Gladys & I was rushing to complete the whole round so that we can get up asap. We did something sweet during the process tho. We formed heartshape under the sea~

USS HALLOWEEN ON 18 OCTOBER (FRIDAY)

It was an impromptu trip invited by Kelley on 17October(Thurs). Surprisingly,the guys were so steady and agreed to go.

I was really afraid to go in the first place but looking at how steady everyone was,I decided to tag along ^.^

Pulled Pong and Nahpoker to go too!  

We bought our tickets on Thursday in school.

The next day,we met around 5 plus 6 p.m. @ Vivo.

Grabbed my favourite smoothie from Boost and went off to USS.

There were three or four long queues when we reached there around 6.35! (EVERYONE KIASU)

I was so excited ^.^ WOOP.

Anyway,before we enter,Kel and I bought the lighted horn hairband for $5 each.

We completed all the haunted houses and walked past all the scare zones.

I barely looked at anything because I was hiding behind Ricky's back throughout the whole journey

In one of the haunted houses,we had to cross over a rubbery/slimy texture path. Ewww.

There was also a part where our surroundings were all mirrors. One of the evil sisters was inside the glass mirror(if I'm not wrong).

(Forgot)

I think the scariest scare zone would be Forbidden Forest(?).

There was an actor acting as a tree and he poped up suddenly. LOL

I was so scared like half of the time in scare zones because the vampires etc will purposely run to you and there was one vampire that even let Pong smell her breath!

Feel so embarrassed right now to think of all my reactions in scare zonesT.T.

I kept saying "take photos" to the "actors" just to overcome my fear... * and held on the map damn tight.... Sobz.

Anyway, it was my FIRST time to USS, I enjoyed the rides!!

Quite sad that there was a downpour. Hence,did'nt manage to ride on Canopy Flyer!

I enjoyed Transformers ride the most!!!!

THAT FEELING DAMN SHIOK when you crashed to the ground from high level. It felt so real~

As for Mummy ride, I kept screaming as if someone's chasing after my life.. *Stress level gone*

And for Shrek 4-D ride, I shouted when the frog suddenly poped up *.* (*Reviving childhood*) Seriously, I felt so kiddish during that time!!!!

We left USS around 12a.m. and queued for cab for an hour ._.

Reached home around 2.30 a.m. SO TIRING YET FUN.

Meet my cliques for cycling at East coast park on Thursday!

It was planned 2 weeks ago and I can't wait to go Adventure Cove with them next week ^.^

It was raining heavily on Thursday morning but stopped in the afternoon. Hence, no change in plan.

Cycled at 5.30pm but we can't reach Changi Airport as halfway the journey,the rain gets a bit heavy.

Slacked at some shelter and Gladys & I filmed ourselves because we are bored.

Played the videos like numerous time for editing purposes and I will still laugh whenever i started playing the videos.

The original videos are 2 mins plus and 30 seconds? However, I edited out only the funny moments.

Ok, I guess mostly is Gladys being SIAO(crazy) la. HAHAHA.

 So before arriving at ECP, we went to buy some food to bite as everyone(except me) have not had their lunch.

I filmed 2 videos too ^.^ . I love filming videos now because it describes specifically on what I do and I don't even have to type so much to explain.

I will be LESS naggy too!

Did a change to my apperance/hairstyle and I'm very happy with it!

Ever since poly sem 1 ended, I have a strong urge to snip away my "grass" long hair.

So today after I accompanied my mum to the doc and bought some necessities @ CWP, I went to the salon at 888 plaza to get my haircut.

It's just $6 for my haircut,so cheap!!

After the haircut,I looked at my hair on the floor and I don't even feel any regrets at all. (I thought i will initially)

 So happy lah!

New haircut, new me!

I guess i will dye my hair copper red or lighter brown before school reopens ? Shall see!

I swear I'm blessed to have them as my parents because they always give me their best.

I must be a filial daughter by showing more concern and staying home on weekends.

My grandma also went to China with us if not I will be a lightbulb in between my parents!!

My 7 nights hotel stay with grandma make me realise that she also cares and protects me.

Her naggings meant well for me and I should really treasure every time with her from now on.

I will go to her place every Sunday now unless I have VERY VERY IMPORTANT events.

(She protects me by praying because I'm afraid of those things whenever I'm in hotel ><)

(During our first night,she covers blanket for me in the midnight.I can feel it because I was half awake)
